I designed Bowtie to bring DDQs, LOIs, and compliance into one system where AI does the first pass. Upload a document and Bowtie extracts and proposes answers, surfaces confidence, and routes them to reviewers for approval. Deal terms are edited in context, negotiation history lives in a “hot sheet,” and final packages export cleanly. The UI stays intentionally quiet so dense information is easy to read and trust.
