At Lantern Growth, I partnered with Handspring Health as they expanded from direct-to-consumer into B2B. I redesigned the landing experience to specifically address pediatricians and school counselors, ensuring the messaging spoke directly to their needs. I built a streamlined flow that guides users from a program overview to counselor-specific details, and then to a “book a call” feature for easy engagement. Additionally, I created the Handspring Institute pages, providing a dedicated space for training and resources. I also produced clinic-friendly print pieces (one-pagers, referral handouts) so schools and practices can share services offline. The system balances warmth with clarity: plain language, outcomes up front, and obvious next steps.
